Hanging at Santa Maria Elks

Our dinner at Jokos Steak House last night was fantastic. We both ordered filets which arrived cooked perfectly. The filets were so large, mine was about four inches thick, that we only ate about half and brought the rest home. Jokos steak was almost as good as the steak we had at Far West Tavern a year or so ago. Planning to try theirs again tomorrow!

Today we just loafed around the Horizon. Debbie is coming down with some kind of muck and we decided to rest up and hope she feels better tomorrow.  We have a really nice site here with full hook ups.

Yesterday when we arrived I only connected the power cord so today I finished connecting the water and sewer. When I went to dump I discovered the fitting on the sewer hose no longer fit tight and kaka started leaking out. Fortunately not too much. I cleaned up the bottom of the compartment with diluted bleach and then replaced the broken fitting using the one from the extension hose.  A cautious test proved the replacement made a tight seal and I completed the tanks dump.

Debbie and Ty went out for some fresh air on the lawn behind the Horizon.

Ty looks serious.
